Content Management

At Actnet, we define Dynamic Content Publishing as "The ability to dynamically create unique, personalised and customised documents based on each client's personal data and to deliver these documents using various mediums such as email, batch print, local print and SMS".

Print Stream Transformation

Our Print Stream Transformation solution helps you maximise productivity in any print environment that includes a variety of platforms and print devices. Whether you want to send legacy output to printing systems on your network, or network print streams to legacy production printers, you'll need a transformation package capable of converting from one platform to the next.

The Print Stream Transformation solution benefits customers who want to get the most use out of every piece of printing equipment they own, as well as customers who wish to install new printing equipment without making changes to their existing applications. Actnet’s migration solution brings together, in one place, all the conversion options your company needs to make every printer available to every application. As it affords you the ability to view the final output before you send it to the printers, you know your jobs are going to print in their proper format the first time.

Centralised Print Management

Actnet’s Enterprise Print Server Solution is a Windows-based input/output manager designed to receive data from multiple sources and distribute print and data to multiple destinations. The print manager / output manager can help you automate and control your print and document output across your organization. You can customize the print and output manager to connect to IBM mainframes, AS/400s, TCP/IP hosts, and network applications. In addition, you can select various output modules to connect to high-speed production printers, report distribution systems, and electronic storage systems.

Enterprise Document Delivery

HAMMEREDD is a secure and legal electronic document delivery solution, which is fully compliant with SARS
and the ECT Act.

The applications for HAMMEREDD are vast, and clients include financial institutions, retail, insurance, marketing, manufacturing and government agencies.

HAMMEREDD is a robust, purpose built platform that can process up to 20 000 documents a minute. It creates legal and tamperproof electronic documents in a 128bit encrypted PDF format, with the option for password protection.

HAMMEREDD is also able to produce workable copies of these secure documents in alternative formats, which can then be imported into other Office applications.

These are then incorporated as an additional attachment with the secure document sent to your customer. Attachments could also include non secure documents such as newsletters, campaigns, and promotions, providing you the ability to promote and market additional services you may offer to your existing client base.
